根据Shashank Shekhar Jha的说法，SPPIN India Private Limited经营的是电商网站seller.shopee.in和shopee.in，以及移动应用程序Shopee: Online Shopping。

Shashank Shekhar Jha states in the lawsuit that the petitioners are aware that the public and private data of Indian citizens collected by SPPIN may be at risk, as it is believed to be stored in the cloud space which the government can access either directly or indirectly.

In the lawsuit, Shashank Shekhar JHA mentioned that the data collected by sppin, which includes public and private information of Indian citizens, might be compromised due to it being stored in the cloud.
