1. 退货退款流程更新

为了提升买卖双方的服务质量，Shopee平台对退货退款的流程进行了优化。新的退款流程不仅可以减少卖家处理退货退款的时间和成本，同时也让买家享受到更顺畅的购物体验。目前，新退货退款流程已经在新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、越南和菲律宾商城站点上线。即日起，站点上的商城卖家将适用这一新流程；而其他卖家的退货退款流程更新时间将另行通知。

在新的退货退款流程中，卖家无需自行处理退货退款请求，Shopee平台将会评估所有退货退款请求。

注：

1. 为了使退货退款结果更加的公正，有时卖家需要在Shopee作出评判前补充提供一些证据或相关信息。Shopee将通过卖家中心与卖家进行联系。

2.  若买家申请退货退款的商品品类无法退货（例如：一次性商品），但买家的请求成立。Shopee将仅为买家提供退款服务。

2. 退货退款相关费用

1）物流运输费用

*目前仅适用于菲律宾站点商城卖家和泰国站点所有卖家。

对于已经出库发往目的地站点但未成功完成的订单，卖家需要支付SLS总物流费用。

2）买家退货运费

*目前仅适用于菲律宾站点商城卖家。

对于成功退货退款的订单，卖家需要支付买家退货至Shopee当地仓库的运费。 

卖家可以在卖家中心【我的收入】→【收入详情】中查看费用收取的情况。

3. 常见问题

1）若我只想为买家提供退款服务无需买家退货，我应该怎么做？

在Shopee批准买家退货请求后，在买家发货之前卖家仍然可以向买家提供仅退款服务。如果买家接受卖家提供的退款金额，他们将无需退货。

2）如何避免买家滥用给我带来损失？

Shopee平台制定了买家评估系统，以保障卖家免受买家滥用行为所造成的损失。该系统旨在识别存在异常行为的买家，并对滥用退货政策的买家采取强制限制措施。与此同时，Shopee还将向买家提供明确的退货指南。如果买家故意退回损坏或错误商品，Shopee可能会从买家的退款中扣除相应金额，以保障卖家的权益。
